If you want to learn to make the best pizzas, from the best of their kind in the UK, a pizza making class at Donnelli’s is for you (or your friends, colleagues or loved ones).
Our classes can be run for groups of 10-20 people at our premises here in the heart of Norwich, or on-site at a location of your choice (within reason). Our head chef and founder, Eric, will personally take you on a journey of our ingredients, the process and the delivery itself. You’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.
Our classes include all the fundamentals of authentic Italian pizza creation, including:

- How to select and balance the right ingredients
- How to cook your pizza
- How to sit down and enjoy it properly, the Italian way
Our classes can be customised to your exact needs and are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and diabetics.
